Ron was a true pleasure to work with and true to his word. The pickup location was difficult and Ron went above and beyond setting up people to load the machine and waiting for the loading until next morning. We had booked this shipment 3 times with other company's only to be stood up. The machine had to be in Canada by a certain time and Ron delivered two days early. Thanks for the great service and excellent communication.
