After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Numerous phone calls, messages, emails, etc. Each time I do finally get someone on the phone I get the run around. Since March 29th this has been needing to get picked up. They tried once, the pick up location was not able to accomodate that late of a pick up. From then on its been a nightmare. Not sure why they even bother accepting bids, when they cant so much as even communicate. The only response I get was that they ONCE AGAIN, needed the pick up locations contact info, which they have been
