I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Der Spediteur hat ohne vorher mit unserem Partner kontakt aufzunehmen versucht die zu transportierende Ware abzuholen. Da unser Partner auf Arbeit war und keine Nachricht über einen Abholtermin hatte, konnte die Abholung und der Transport nicht durchgeführt werden. Wir haben von dem Spediteur eine E-Mail mit folgendem Wortlaut erhalten: "Hi

I can't wait 6 hours, I have 20 appointments in this 2 days." Darauf hin
