Picked up the dog on time and schedule from Tennessee and delivered him safely in 1 day to Texas.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The vehicle was not listed to be with extra personal items. Per FMCSA motor carriers are not allowed to take personal items with vehicles. The customer was unwilling to remove them so we can not transport it. We also have a terminal 2 blocks from his office and he offered to pickup.

Three boxes of clothes in the back of the van. I personlly had no issue with the pick up at the terminal. I just think, both the provider, and Uship should make this known up front! Misleading advertising on Uships part.

Great People to work with!!!!! Gabriel and Hurcules were just a joy to transport. Gabriel alittle shy at first but, came around. H-u-r-c-u-l-e-s absolute fun to travel with. I just called your Mom and found her pillow sham so returning to her. The extra dishes are yours to keep. Would recommend these people to anyone. Thank you for your trust. Redwing Hound Haulers

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I need to cancel this due to the service provider refusing to pick up vehicle with three boxes of clothes inside the vehicle.
Also, some confusion on your site as this is not door to door delivery. This is door to terminal.
