The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Scheduled a pickup two weeks out which was plenty of time for the company to find a driver. I was told a 6 hour window but that it would be picked up by noon on that Monday. No show on Monday and no call, when I called in they stated they would be there on Tuesday morning. Had a guy wait around from 7am until 4:45 on Tuesday for the pick up and again the driver did not show. Called in and dispatch said he is in the next town over and would arrive shortly. Waited another hour and still no one! C
