The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After winning the bid Razorbacks expressed the had a flat bed trailer with a winch they could lift my 3000 pound container. After calling numerous times, I finally got a pickup date. They didn’t show up so I had to reach back out. A week after the initial pick up date ( and having us wait 4 hours in the rain after their stated arrival time). They arrived with a pickup truck with a winch in the bed. which they tried to drag a 7ft crate on snapping the cable. They told me they would stay in town
