With EVERY shipment, at a minimum, we make two phone calls and send 3 emails, at a minimum! This person gave his shipment to a wrong carrier AND described his commodity falsely. Both of these problems caused issues!

...in general, pleasant experience working with this gentleman. He had some initial difficulties with his truck that slowed progress a few days, but the whole situation was handled well, when things were fixed he made good time. In general, a quite positive transaction, and appreciate his efforts.
