I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The provider will not return emails or calls. I emailed the provider on Tuesday, July 21st, and have left voice messages with the provider on Wednesday July 22nd, Saturday July 25th and Sunday July 26th but have received no responses. Someone did answer the phone on Wednesday the 22nd and Saturday the 25th but could not confirm our shipment and both times told me that Mary would call me back later that day which didn't happen in both instances. Jim was great! He shipped my boat from Idaho to Washington and was very easy to work with. He showed up early and delivered the boat on time. He was easy to get in contact with via email or phone. I would definitely ship with him again.
