Howard delivered the piano in excellent condition and on time. He did a fantastic job communicating with me and delivered on time. He was flexible when the person at the pickup site could not coordinate the first scheduled pickup time. He even went out of his way to pick the item up on his next trip, probably taking a loss on the whole endeavor. Great attitude and would use him again.
