The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is the 2nd time I have booked a collection for this darn table and chairs and your delivery guys have let me down. The person who is storing this is jumping that it has taken me so long to collect. I will give it one last try and then that is it with uship. Karon Milton

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After e-mailing a number of times via u-ship and regular e-mail I have been unable to contact and make the shipper aware of what is required of him regarding this collection. He was very forthright and blunt on the phone and told me pretty much forget it. I am seeking a refund so I can book another mover. Many thanks Karon milton.
