The communication was through emails and phone calls and we were closed on the 24-25, and on the 26 we closed at 4 PM.
Delay was due to the holidays, but we will pick it up today-tomorrow.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper agreed to pick up the bike within 1-5 days, they haven’t done so. I tried calling they said we are on it, then always sent to voicemail. Communication is bad, it’s taking so long so i am no longer need this service
