Customer accepted the drive away service. Was pleased at time of pick up and more than grateful at drop off. Customer paid out about an hour after vehicle drop off with no problems thanked us repeatedly. About 5 hours later he started demanding a refund and he was frauded however We clearly state on our profile we are a drive away services. we also stated on quote details under note to shipper. After customer being reminded of this he decided to become verbally abusive threatening to sue me.

These folks stepped in and did a fantastic job taking over for a provider who delayed for months and then ultimately cancelled. Lots of fragile pieces here that were delivered flawlessly.

We were the victims of fraud. Were told our car would be picked up and delivered on a trailer. Contracted for Trucking - Open Transport. Profile says owner operator. When trailer wasn't there we were told it was parked close by and he had to drive car to it. Instead of trailer he drove car and delivered car with additional 1500 miles on odometer. Now claims he is not owner operator and this wife is. Admits to me on phone he lied to me and my wife. Now not returning calls. My opinion, Stay Away!
