A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The drivers had originally scheduled pick up for in the evening but got delayed due to traffic. Asked for a 1am to 3 am pick up and breeder agreed. The drivers again got stuck in construction where it put them down and asked to reschedule for the morning hours which is what should have happened. The customer waited until drivers were only 1 hour away before letting them know that they had cancelled the transport. Should have informed us instead of letting them drive all those hours.

This was only cancelled after hours and hours of delay, which the breeder tried to accommodate, but eventually we got the impression that no one was showing up. The pick up was scheduled for early evening and once the pick up time passed the breeder would get a text saying the transporter would be there in an hour. This happened over and over again until the next afternoon.The breeder stayed up all night waiting. By 12 the next day we couldn’t wait any longer and had to go with another company.
