The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The truck is to big for what I would be using to haul it I completed the first truck for this costumer the second one is way bigger than the first witch is not explained or mentioned in the listings

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The per our discussion with the customer, we were waiting to have the item weight exactly prior to arranging a pick up. We communicated with the shipper that the item's weight has to be specified and the shipper was not able to deliver an answer until last night. Our company had already assigned drivers for the weekend. We offered a pick up time early next week and delivery expedited, however, was not approved by the shipper.
