During our initial conversation, I was told there would be better communication than I xperiencd. I needed to arrange for help on either end of the delivery and this was dfficult when I had little communication and when it did heard from the company, I had little lead time. The piano was delivered in the timeframe committed to and without any issues. I would use this shipper again.
