Difficult pickup as the scheduled pickup kept shifting. Second, damage was noted by the driver and the receipt; but despite that, their insurance was worthless. Damages exceeded $300 and they paid next to nothing($3.00 or so) under their insurance and damages policy. Was quite disappointed with their customer service and damage policy

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A private residence pickup between 11 pm and 2 am is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If you can offer an alternative during normal hours and/or return calls to schedule otherwise, I am open to those alternatives.

Poor coordination and attempted additional charges. Driver failed to realize the industrial complex was out of view and all loading had to take place on highway in the pouring rain. Almost ruined a forklift. Driver admitted fault. Secondary (PriorityOne) forwarder related multiple instances of poor service by NowMove.
