The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped we sent the driver there they did not release the unit and this is not good enough for us we burn our diesel and time driver need the dry run fee..

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Cranky Ape wasn’t informed that this camper was on blocks and needed a skid loader to get it accessible to hook to our truck. They are great at communicating and we will definitely be working with them in the future!

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Service provider's reason for canceling is incorrect. On 12/6/2022 he emailed me the following: "At 1:30 I showed up at the lot for pick up and was told it is by appointment only service so they where unable to release the bike." He clearly did not read the shipment or our detailed confirmation email. Shipment: *** Hours: M-F 10a-2pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE *** EMAIL: Hours: 10am-2pm Mon-Fri, by appointment only 24hr in advance made online at UnitedAutoRecovery.com.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Booked on 11/25/2022 and haven't heard from Service Provider after several attempts via email for an update. Tried via phone as well and it appears to be disconnected. Today is 12/7/2022. Now we have to pay storage fees accruing daily and find another transporter.
