I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider committed to having our shipment picked up by Friday 1/3/13. After speaking directly with Pat Caldwell, I was told pickup would be coordinated with the pickup site in Maryland last week. No communication was made. I've made multiple calls each day to the carrier's office and have left voicemails since last Friday and have had no luck reaching Pat. Deliver was to be made by tomorrow (1/8/13), but with no communication between carrier and the pickup site yet, this date will obviously
