The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I communicated, I responded and I arranged loading. Driver talked with customer on Friday any get agreement to load on Monday because on Saturday this was not possible. Truck still waiting for pick-up from this afternoon. Customer was informed on mailing. Please not give booking fee back. He must to lost his booking fee If I get looses due to his actions.
