The quote was provided and accepted for Enclosed transport. When Mac01 arrived they only had an open flattop trailer towed behind a ute. I question this and was assured the bike would be wrapped in blankets a tarp and strapped up to protect it. Upon delivery the bike was filthy, and obviously had done the 3500km completely unprotected. When I questioned Mac01 about the poor condition of the bike they became abusive. 4hrs cleaning required to get the bike clean. We will not use them again.
Response from Mac01Tansport:
COMPLETE LIES. Not booked for enclosed service in a van or truck. Why was the booking not cancelled as customer was present when loading the bike. Delivered at 1 am after the customer knew i would not wash and detail the bike until after 4pm. Harassed via text messages and calls since the bike was delivered undamaged and by the date stated in the quote. I cannot recommend the customer or his business to other motorcycle enthusiasts.
