Unfortunately, we did not have an overly positive experience with this shipper. Our shipment was slightly challenging, but that information was all provided before accepted and they did not handle the shipment in a timely manner. We were more than 10 days after the bid had been accepted before they had a driver and the only contact was when I would follow up. Wish we would have had a better experience and could have left a higher review for them. Response from CHPLogisticsInc: Sorry again you accepted the lowest bid which staTED YOU AGREED TO THE slowest pick up service,We provided the service you accepted,it did take 10 days to get going which was in the tersm..this was picked up and dleivered in good order.sometimesno matter what byou do its never good enough..

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider showed up to the auction facility (after confirming the hours) and they were not able to get him the bike because it was locked inside another building. He wasn't able to stick around and he has loads on the other part of the country all week, so he isn't sure when he'd be able to get back. Poor situation for us and the transport company, the auction facility really hindered this process.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Response from OnrouteFreightServices: Truck turned out to be unfit for the driveaway service offered. Purchaser was unaware and not at fault.
