Unfortunately the shipper could not make the delivery date that was given and was 2 weeks late on the latest day for delivery. Shipment took close to 1 month to complete with many back and forth communications on timeline and vehicle was ready for transport. Driver showed up to pickup site with out confirmation from anyone that would be there. Fortunately that worked out. Once picked up the communication from the driver was excellent and so was the delivery time.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Due to money up front for fuel and u ships process of pay the shipper, the shipper cannot bear the cost to do my shipment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Contacted the service provider and had agreed on the pickup time frame. Have attempted several times to contact and find out when shipment would be picked up with no response. Logged onto U Ship website and read feedback from another customer which was recent with the same problem of trying to get ahold of shipper with no response. Contacted U Ship by phone this morning and was directed to put in a cancellation request

The shipping service provided was outstanding. The ATV was delivered ontime and in perfect condition. Would use them for any shipping needs. Fair price and great service.
