After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I went on 3 occasions to pickup cars and they wasn't ready. They wasn't at the location. Customer to demanding and makes threats about picking up when cars aren't available. Guy at pickup location was his brother and he was rude and disrespectful. Customer kept putting off when to pickup vehicles. Tried to get me to take to another location that wasn't in uship deal. I would give him a feedback rating of 1.

driver or service provider got to location and was very rude to my brother,even after there was a change in the dropoff i paid driver an extra 78$ out of uship payment,am surprised he did this.he is impatient and always want things his way and not the clients way.single advice to you service provider,CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR KINGS.he has been to location just once and not trice.atleast he made efforts,meaning no total discrediting but rating of nothing(0).

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped This customer worked with us previously, and there were a half dozen issues- not the least of which being the fact that uShip had to freeze his account, we had to call the US consulate in two countries, and place a title lien, in order to be paid. Other shippers had the same issues. He booked us again, and immediately accused us of having been late last time. We would prefer to never work with this gentleman again.
