A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved tuvimos un problema en la frontera de alemania.y cuando llegamos la clienta empezo a faltar el respeto a los conductores.

Nos dejaron tirados con una mudanza y la casa completamente desmontada. No se pusieron en contacto con nosotros en ningun momento y ni siquiera el jefe sabia donde estaban. Aparecieron 5 horas tarde y diciéndome que por lo que pagaba que no me quejara y cuando me queje me dijeron que ahi me quedaba con mi mudanza y se largaron.
IMPRESENTABLES, NULA COMUNICACION, NO ACONSEJO A ESTE TRANSPORTISTA.

Everything was super,they was at the time, just one problem in the loading, because they told me 2 person and finally came only one. But they promised me about 2 person for unload in the delivery place and was like that. And some small problems with the languages because the driver didn't speak English.
This is the second time that I did a move with this company and I'm very satisfied with the result. I recommend this company.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No se han presentado en la fecha y hora acordada y cuando han llegado no habia suficiente tiempo. No se han puesto en contacto conmigo para decir que llegaban tarde, ni a que hora llegaban ni nada, nos tienen esperando con toda la casa desmontada sin avisar en ningun momento de por donde andan. un servicio pesimo, comunicacion pesima

Excelente trato, viajamos con el delante porque no sabiamos llegar a holanda, todas nuestras cosas llegaron en perfecto estado. hubo un problema para cargar el dia elegido pero lo soluciono inmediatamente. MUY MUY RECOMENDADO!! Volveremos a contar con el si le necesitamos. :)
