The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Complete Transportation Service failed to pick up my shipment within the agreed upon time frame and refuses to schedule a new time to pick it up after the fact. 3 times, Mike at Complete Transportation Service named the day it would be picked up and 3 times it was not picked up. My shipment is now subject to storage fees and I still cannot get Complete Transportation Service to schedule a pick up time! Service provider does not keep commitments and is unreliable.
