Very pleased with this whole shipping experience! Excellent communication from start to finish! They even delivered after the normally accepted business hours to suit my needs! They handled everything, including contacting the person at the pick up location. Even before booking they answered my questions quickly and accurately! The two gentlemen who delivered my antique refrigerator were very professional, friendly, and careful! I'd definitely use this company again!!

Excellent communication from start to finish! Both Bernie and Karen did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it! Bernie is very friendly and professional. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend! I couldn't be more pleased with their services!! These guys were awesome!! They picked up the refrigerator exactly when they said they were going to and delivered it exactly when they said they were going to! They kept me informed every step of the way too! When the fridge arrived it was so carefully wrapped AND blanketed just as if it was a brand-new appliance!! If you hire Keith and Chad you will NOT be disappointed!! They are very polite, friendly, and professional!! Couldn't ask for a better moving team!!

Ted & his co-worker, Judy, were fantastic!! They kept in constant communication with both me and the man who was at the "pick-up end" the whole time. Ted had the fridge wrapped nicely in a heavy moving blanket to avoid damage. He also had carefully transported the shelves. This included one glass shelf which arrived in perfect condition. Ted arrived at my house on time and was very friendly and professional. I will certainly use Ted's company again. Thank you Ted & Judy for a job WELL DONE!!
