The driver was very professional and nice truck but the broker that handled this deal was very shady and demanded extra money after the vehicle was picked up and in route to the destination and there actions of threatening to hold my vehicle and not deliver it until we agreed to pay more money is illegal and just down right dirty way of doing business. please do not use this broker that you book thru on uship

It was not us , that demanded the extra money , it was actually the drivers, dispatcher and i will be sending you proof to show that it was not our company doing that and hopefully you can remove the negative rating after you see for your self, we are sorry that the transport played out this way and will not be doing business with that carrier again even though the driver was a good guy his dispatcher or central office are no good. sorry and take care
