The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would like the customer to put an honest and true statement of why she is canceling that doesn’t put the blame on me in anyway. This shipment was scheduled for pickup with the seller of the item and scheduled for pickup during the time suggested within our written uship correspondence. Customer is canceling with two false reasons. The first which is that I didn’t show up on time and the second which Is that I wasn’t able to give her a time for pickup after my lateness. Shipment was scheduled

This was a very challenging delivery that included everything from Florida heat to expensive item to assembly. They knocked it out of the park!

I had many issues with this shipper. He cost me $2000 in losses because he smoked around the product for two days in spite of being instructed not to, He also damaged another item and would not return the missing piece to fix it. To top it off, he expected payments but only revealed after receiving that pieces were damaged and did not offer restitution in spite of saying he had cargo insurance. Also delivered in the middle of the night and sent pornographic photos.
