The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Steer clear of this shipper. They totally screwed me over. Said they were going to show up and never did. I confirmed with them numerous times. She even picked up and then hung up on me after she realized it was me. I repeat never ever use this company. Awful business practices.
