After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I dont deal with people like this we are friendly, polite and professional and we love the job we do, when we get some issues with people misrepresenting shipments we let them know and in this case we decide not to complete delivery instead return items, people insulting or with abussive lenguage is not tolerated by us and nobody likes been treated like this person, we work and we dont do it for hobby so we expect to be paid, I have commercial insurance,DOT and a Business name so be respecful

We booked this shipper and he attempted to steal our belongings. He picked up the items and then went incommunicado, ignoring our texts and calls. Finally, he told us he won't be delivering our stuff anymore. We had to escalate to uship, who forced him to return the items to us. During this time, it was discovered he is NOT licensed. There are over 100 cancellations on this shipper's profile where he's done to other customers. Note: when he returned our items, he tried to extort additional $.

STAY CLEAR of this shipper very evasive with what needs to be done and whats extras done and won't pay. Had to drop her things off just to get rid of her. DEFINITLY STAY AWAY.

I would like for this liar to provide proof that I did not pay. I wonder why I received my things if I did not pay? DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER'S COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS!!! TRIED TO EXTORT MORE MONEY OUT OF ME THAN WHAT WAS AGREED. ONE OF THE MOVERS HAD DIARRHEA AND CLOGGED UP MY TOILET.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This provider is unlicensed and untrustworthy. He did not honor the agreed upon delivery terms and became belligerent when confronted about this, even engaging in name calling. He also extorted extra money from us outside of what we paid to uship.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider stated in their bid that they would pickup my items within 12 days of booking. They have neither contacted me nor picked up the items. They have wasted my time and I no longer wish to do business with them.

RED ALERT: DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!! HE'S A TOTAL SCAM ARTIST & DOES NOT ADHERE TO HIS OWN BINDING CONTRACTS!!! THE WORST MOVING SERVICE EVER!!! This mover attempted to extort $500 more than what was listed on our binding contract; he has TERRIBLE communication skills; and ALL my furniture was damaged. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!

This shipper has serious problems first of all everything you see that is listed in the ad with the exception of the bed couch and 2 pedestals was packed in four hugh boxes that you would pack kitchen cabinets in and she just put everything that would fit in them .It took 2 men to carrie each box they were around 100 pounds each then after we get loaded she informed me that she would need her stuff stored for a couple weeks .I told her no problem ,but realize there would been an additional charg
