He called me within 5 minutes of my accepting his bid and stayed in touch until my ship date, providing me tips on how to best pack my items and answering all of my questions. My shipment was picked up on time in Texas and then delivered on time in Hawaii, by him personally. My 15 boxes were delivered in excellent condition.
