The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer indicated at the pick up was at a home residence and it’s actually in a auction yard I am unable to accommodate pick up in an auction yard.
The customer also did not contact me with the pick up information until after 9 PM the day before.
I communicated with the customer to her three times via text and phone call to try to get that information and it still took a couple hours. This caused a delay in my identification of the pick up due to the late hour of him setting the infor

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Pickup location will only load 53ft enclosed trailers due to regulations. Neither the shipper or myself were aware of this prior to booking.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I don't see any difference in picking a car from a yard or a house. All you need is to go there and pick up the car. I guess, I will have to use another service provider. Thanks.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is not able to accommodate the shipment on a 48ft flatbed trailer. 53 ft drive-in box truck is required for the 24 pallets that needs to be shipped.
