I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Have not been able to contact the customer.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. This shipper has never contacted me. We agreed to a March 28th date back in September as I explained to him that I was assigned overseas but fully reachable via email. We exchanged a few emails and she/he said they would reach out mid-March. To my surprise he cancelled the job without any notice or explanation around November, never tried to reach me. I contacted them to see why they cancelled, and they never responded. My job was done by another member.

I have been planning this boat move since August. Had another shipper here cancel on me with no explanation, got frustrated but now so thankful that Ed with Veterans First Hauling took the job. He not only made sure my boat and trailer were safe to do the journey, but he also drove carefully and made sure everything arrived safely. I am really glad to have met Ed. His delivered the best price and the best service. Veterans First has won a customer for life.
