I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We are clearly a broker-it is right on our profile. This customer was rude from the get-go. It is not how you do business, and we warn anyone considering booking their loads to avoid them at all costs. We had a driver that was supposed to pick up over the weekend and did not fulfill their obligation to show up. The customer was made aware we are not open over the weekend but they threw a fit and acted 12 yrs old when the issue occurred. We were going to get another driver but its best to move on

Also I didn’t act 12 years old. I acted like a person who trusted a make believe logistics expert to actually be good at their job.
I still as of yet can not get over the “weekend” excuse. I have never been more unimpressed with the level of fecklessness of an organization in my entire life. And whom ever made the “weekend” decision is an imbecile.
That excuse does not fly in 2023. This shipper will waste your time.

This is how all shipments should go.
No nonsense, stellar communication, and a driver with a real can do attitude.
My first attempt with another company on Uship was nearly enough to make me give up on Uship but the second shipper Zaidi Transport made the whole process seamless. I suggest if you want an excellent experience to give Zaidi a try.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper is actually a broker. They are excellent at making excuses. If you want a shipper that will tell you they are sorry but they don’t communicate with customers on the weekend than this is the one you want.
If you want a company that asks you why you haven’t done their job. This is the one to book with.
If you desire being blatantly lied too these are your guys.
If you want a company that couldn’t handle the logistics of shipping a pizza this is who you want
