I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to connivence this customer by coming some days in advance, her scheduled pick-up date is 3/18-3/30. With me “working” in the area at the time, I did say I can pick up her stuff today for sure “no specific time was said. I’m sorry I can’t text every hour while I’m working , that’s just not possible & truly disrespect to the people I’m working with. I even said I’ll come in the morning because I ended up finishing late, now claim they aren’t comfortable because I didn’t text fast enough.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Vigilant Express called with no prior notice to say they were going to pick up the shipment that day at 4pm. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate them. At 4:30 I requested a status. At 5 they said they were finishing a job. At 6 I inquired again. They said 30-60 minutes. At 8:10 I asked again and they said eta of 10-10:30 (I live one hour from Tampa). Simply put, I didn't feel comfortable putting my shipment with them after that.

Awesome carrier! Picked up on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday for a very reasonable price. Shipper and recipient couldn't be happier! Would definitely use them again.
