No fault of Mr. Shannon. He is great to work for. A very nice boss but I will never deliver another shipment to NYC or even NYS for that matter. If he has other shipments I would try to get them but not to the north east cost. I could never live like they do.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Gave shipper information via text after speaking on the phone. told him to contact pick up location said he would, pick up location never heard from him I’ve been contacting him via text and phone call since this morning and haven’t heard back from this shipper so need to find another shipper that can do this and am requesting to cancel

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper is very hard to reach via text and phone call. I called him immediately after booking shipment asking for him to call call me to discuss for a minute. Never heard from him two days later I called again he answered his phone and told him to contact the pick up location to set a pick up date which he never did. I tried texting him early this morning at 7 AM which is 9 AM his time never heard back I left a phone message never heard back. He screwed me basically !!!??
