Communication was great at beginning - when I realized it wasn’t being shipped as expected and weather could be a factor communication stalled ... everything worked out however better communication especially when issues or concerns could be improved

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper has failed to meet multiple opportunities to pick up this load and now has laid me with attempting to locate new shipper in shorter time and most likely at HIGHER COSTS!!!
