The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer did not include all the items going and wanted us to pack and deliver 15 extra large boxes not on the delivery list for the same amount.

"Hello, my name is John Gilbert and i am contacting you on regards of the quote you just excepted on Uship.
I would like to apologize but we are no longer able to assist you with your move. One of my employees recently tested positive for covid 19. For that reason, a couple of my guys are in self quarantine. Again, I do apologize for this inconvenience we have caused you."
