The weight of the furniture was grotesquely understated (80lbs) in the listing compared to five times that (400lbs) on the scale. This from a someone who buys and resells furniture as a business. Not surprisingly, the dimension were also misrepresented. The shipper did not seem to see a problem with this at all. Bottom line, I have zero intention of working with this shipper again. The auction house employees laughed out loud when I showed them the listing. "Worst one yet" was their wry comment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We were communicating great. I really don’t understand why all communication ended. Wish I’d know they had backed out..now my customer is quite upset.
