The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time last minute cancellation from sprovider.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We agreed on a pick-up date and time, but the provider did not show up without any notification. I tried calling but there was no pickup. I emailed the provider and we agreed on a new pick-up date and time. Another no-show without notification. Only a cancellation request on uShip.
