The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Frontline says the pallet was not given to them...pickup location says Frontline truck never showed up.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Driver showed up to pick up told his dispatch that the pallet is 108" tall. The pallet measures 80.5" tall and should not have been an issue. Very unhappy that this has delayed this shipment 2 days.
