The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I ordered a drop deck trailer to pick up round bales of hay. The shipper sent out a truck with a fully enclosed trailer (impossible to carry my load in a fully enclosed trailer). The truck that was sent out arrived 3 days after my originaly scheduled pickup date. The truck arrived after my scheduled pickup window. I never heard back from Harmoni after leaving message and calling multiple times.

sent fully inclosed due to weather custmer would have complained of molding hay if sent open trailer due to weather
