we placed a bid that they accepted and the pickup was within 3 days. now today is the 3rd day and both parties are mad and upset that we didnt make the pickup last night and picking up the bike today. we have more than one delivery and we are still in the window of our contract but i dont feel good moving on with these cuctomers and the way ed was talking to us.

AFriendly Auto Transport showed up early, with XLNT professional equipment as well as a courteous professional attitude. All about safety and care of the load. Jessie is a true professional, and I would have him haul any of my hot rods, anywhere, all the time.

Steve's ability to communicate with pick-up and delivery contacts, AAA+++. Promptness, man of his word, AAA+++.
Transportation Rig condition, AAA+++ (Awesome). Guard Dog at no additional charge, AAA+++. XLNT folks to do business with! I highly recommend these folks.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Provider furnished pick-up date, NOT ME! (I did not care). Experienced lack of communication after initial contact. Lack of communication, misleading and rude to pickup contact person, after having him wait all day.
A VERY unprofessional. Not up to U-ship standards.

WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT THIS DID NOT WORK OUT FOR THE SHIPPER. WE HAD UNFORSEEN COMPLICATIONS IN MIAMI. I DID CONTACT THE SHIPPER ABOUT DELAY IN PICKUP AT THIS TIME THE SHIPPER BECAME UPSET . WE DECIDED THAT WE WHERE NOT COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH SHIPPER.
