Sometimes on some routes it takes longer to ship a vehicle, however as per our terms if we don't ship it within 7 days, we elect to cancel anyway without a charge to the customer and with our apologies for the delay.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider When we chose this company we were told it would be shipped within 5 days. We are now over 8 and when I talked to them today, the vehicle hasn't been assigned to anyone yet, let alone been shipped. Today I was told POSSIBLY within the week they would know when it would be shipped. We need the car here so we are getting it ourselves.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Prior to shipping with team I read some of the feedback and there we a very few who had some mixed reviews however I would have to say that these people are off their rockers…. I was a little off on my measurements however they still did an excellent job, they we're ahead of schedule and all around great experience from start to finish. Gentlemen by the name of John dropped off that cart and he was great! Help with parts, took some extra time, etc.
You can't go wrong!
