There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I spoke to customer on 2/22 and advised we can only ship vehicle if items are limited to the trunk. There will be a problem if the driver comes out and are items in the front or back seat. The shipper agreed that he will have nothing in the front or back seat. The driver showed up and the car was LOADED DOWN. The wheel wells were touching the top of the tire. Customer argued about not taking out items advised of $190 dry run fee.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider agreed to allow personal stuffs to be loaded in car. But when truck driver came and the she asked to remove everything before car can be shipped. That was not agreed upon. Hence, please cancel my order and refund money on my credit card. Thank you,

We had very nice experience shipping my home stuff from San Francisco, CA to Salem, OR. Delbert (Del) is very professional, mature and very nice to work with. He was on time and loaded/unloaded very professionally. He made my move very smooth and economical. I will strongly recommend RG Transport for your next move.
