I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My operator is unable to complete the shipping due to mechanical issues with his vehicle being in another state. I have tried to schedule another operator to complete this shipment. However, there is a scheduling conflict with the operator and the customer. I have contacted the customer and explained the situation. I have let the customer know that I have started the cancelation process so that he may accept other quotes in a timely manner to ensure his shipment dates can be accommodated.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment End up leaving me in the lurch a week before the shipment was set to be completed. They did try to link me up with someone else but the schedule wasn't close to what I needed.
