The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately, they had trouble with their vehicle and couldn't accommodate the shipment. However, they let me know quickly. Would try again if the need arises.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Initially Brandon was very communicative about scheduling a pickup. Due to delays, he was unable to pickup on the day originally planned. No problem, these things happen. Last I heard, he was rescheduling for the next day. That was Thursday 5/20. I have been unable to contact him since then and nothing has been rescheduled. No answer to email, text or phone call. Today is Wed 5/26. I have no choice but to cancel as my customer is anxiously awaiting word on their shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was supposed to be picked up prior to 4/24. I had to continually contact the shipper, who kept delaying pickup dates. He had an issue with a previous shipment that was communicated over the weekend. Pickup was then supposed to be Monday, late Tuesday, Wednesday - still not picked up. Each time I had to ask for an update. My last request for information late Wednesday and early Thursday (4/29) went unanswered. I understand things get delayed but the lack of communication was unaccep
