There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I asked in my bid under additional payment terms that 1/2 be paid after the first shipment and 1/2 be paid at the second shipment. I'm sorry that it didn't work out that way. Please refund Mark his money.. Hope he is able to find someone quick..
