The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment How can I rate a service that did not occur? What a flawed system you have!
And it's perilous to depend on others through your website.This person had contracted
with two other parties who cancelled on him. He tried to reschedule us which we agreed
to. And now, a day from the move, we are completely packed, and he just cancelled. Our family member is very ill and is being transported to a hospital in San Diego and her belongings will be left behind in Chicago. Nightmare scenario!
