The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The Sterling truck was coming from an auction and they needed loading assistance. The broker Alex was able to get a driver and wrecker service but SHIPPER WAS NOT trying to pay them for the wrecker service, Shipper stated it was too much. The shipper stated he was able to find a DIFFERENT CARRIER & WRECKER SERVICE and THE SHIPPER DIDN'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH US. We have screenshots of the shipper & Broker conversation where the client refuses to continue with us.
